Removing the Fighting Chance
A very aggressive group of people who knows how to take advantage of first time founders. Their term sheets are loaded with onerous terms and tries to squeeze the founders as much as possible to an extent that it may even kill the startup even before it starts its journey. The partners will talk high values and virtues and they themselves will not follow those. The adjective "Shark" fits them well.
