Wishy Washy with Poor Follow Up
Probably OK if you're in their sweet spot, although sometimes its hard to work out just what that is. You can wait forever for them to get back to you.

Solid Citizens
Mike Bolton and Scott Nissenbaum led an investment in my company pre-bubble and were solid citizens on our board. They always asked good questions and pushed us to elevate our game. We did a strategic B-round and then the floor fell out. In the post-bubble melt-down, Mike and Scott got us a deal to merge with a public company and pulled my chestnuts out of the fire. Solid guys and heavily connected in Philly.
