We've always had an open and honest discussion and they have opened their entire network to us, actively pitching to relevant partners and friendly companies to help us grow.
Cons
Financing technology companies hasn't always been their main focus and miss a bit of experience in certain situations.
Advice for management
I think one or two hires/co-operations with people having a great track record of scaling tech companies would help.
