Yada Yada Yada
Pitched these folks a couple of years back. I see some new faces on the list here, but John Kim is still hanging around on the off chance that a lead for a real VC will pop up. Unlikely, John... seems like the word is out.

These guys love to talk and listen but never invest. I was in the same office as them and was never invited to pitch to them. I know one of the members personally and I have never heard of them investing and I'm not sure why they exist.

Hard to Really Gauge This Group, Seems that They are Trying to Coordinate Themselves
Biggest thing to know is that you can not get an investment by any individual who is part of the group so ensure to use your time wisely. The group may be too big for what they will put you through. Very hard to know if they have ever made an investment that was not associated with some other inside connection. In other words, a blind submission to their group will probably not go far. They do not tell you why they did not select you in the event the do initiate dialogue. There is a group called the EDC that handles a lot of the legwork for them, and EDC good intentions should be separated from the results of New World Angels. Personally it would be nice if they allowed the members to invest on their own as an option. It seems that many go to events just to pass around cards, but you should not spend too much time with anyone if you are clearly not aware of where it is going.
