Seed Capital Partners is Now Merged with Soft Bank Capital.
Seed Capital Partners is now merged with SoftBank Capital. A correspondence from them said that they do not participate in funding at the early stages of a company's development anymore. That they fund companies when their technology is complete and they are expanding into commercialization and sales and already have some customer traction or relationships. Also that they are only investing in companies who are headquartered in New York State.
