Pleasing to see them doing well
SWG invested in CENOS within B8 and later followed up several times in angel rounds. While for us, it was the journey from nobody-understand-what-CENOS-is-doing to the solid business with the customer portfolio in 14 countries, SWG and Cristobal Alonso personally trusted our disruptive technology and non-standard go-to-market strategy. While many VCs were not ready to take an effort to dig deeper into the opportunity, Cristobal committed himself as the chairman of advisory board and helped us raising angel rounds. SWG and Cristobal personally is the best, the most valuable pre-seed investor in Europe, he invests in solid teams and exceptional persons, and help them grow personally and business wise, without taking too much in return. Now, I'm very happy to see SWG is putting step into the seed stage as well with their opportunity fund, even leading the deals for their best portfolio companies.

Good for Noobs
Startup Wise Guys is an excellent crash course for a founder with no previous experience. They taught us the ropes of the quick-growth business environment + relevant startup lingo.
We came in with something that resembled a product and two clients.
We raised our seed round a few months after graduating.

Good to Have the Resource
Having them as the first investor has helped us greatly. From support then, to support now that we feel everyday/whenever we ask. As a first time founder it's great I have a lot more brainpower and experience behind me that I can lean to when in need. Very recomended.
