Tailspin
Topspin does not seem to be capable of raising a new fund. Even if they were able to, the firm is falling apart at the seams. Ask how many days a week partners show up to the office. Maybe two..." They are even advertising an LBO service on their venture fund homepage.

Looong Island
Topspin is a typical mid-tier East Coast fund with a few solid portfolio companies and a few dogs. Expect them as heavy handed in one moment and then off the radar in the next. Don't expect a speedy decision when it comes to money, though. Eh, the Long Island culture. Worth a look in your process, and some stronger leadership could make the fund a winner.
