My Experience with One Partner
Of all the partners, I've only really met Carl Ledbetter in a meaningful way. He was an absolute gentleman, and unlike any VC I'd ever met before. I later met Heidi Huntsman, quite by accident, and she struck me as a more usual VC type, with that somewhat arrogant air borne of some internal insecurity. This is purely first impression i.e. usually spot-on - but take it with a grain of salt if you'd like. She might be terrific. But Carl is really nice.
